The Lyn Kehoe Power Yoga School trains teachers in the power vinyasa style of yoga – a meditative, breath focused practice with philosophy weaved into the practice in a way that makes it relevant and understandable.
You will learn to lead a 75-90 minute all levels class while connecting ancient yoga philosophy with modern day to day life challenges in order to make it relatable to your students.

In the early days of yoga, the practice was passed down directly from teacher to student.
My mentor style yoga teacher training recreates this traditional yoga model.

The training includes in-person training sessions, along with self-study assignments that include video tutorials, reading and written assignments.

*Upon completion you will receive a 200-hour yoga teacher training certificate of completion from Lyn Kehoe Power Yoga.
You will also be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance at the RYT-200 level.
