The Lyn Kehoe Power Yoga School trains teachers in the power vinyasa style of yoga – a meditative, breath focused practice with philosophy weaved into the practice in a way that makes it relevant and understandable.
You will learn to lead a 75-90 minute all levels class while connecting ancient yoga philosophy with modern day to day life challenges in order to make it relatable to your students.

In the early days of yoga, the practice was passed down directly from teacher to student.
My mentor style yoga teacher training recreates this traditional yoga model.
While this is mostly a self-study program, what makes it unique from most “online” courses that are currently being offered is the individualized training with direct contact with Lyn.

When you register for the course, along with immediate access to the study materials,
you will receive an email from Lyn to establish communication.
This training is a self-study, self-paced version of the in-person 200-hour course that Lyn has been teaching since 2008, as opposed to a traditional online course. This course mirrors the in-person training and the teachable.com platform is used to access the materials.

You have 12 months from registration to complete the program.

*Upon completion you will receive a 200-hour yoga teacher training certificate of completion from Lyn Kehoe Power Yoga. You will also be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance at the RYT-200 level. Please note: Yoga Alliance is only offering eligibility for online trainings until the end of 2023. Start now to complete on time!
