Learn to teach yoga from home!
Define your own schedule and learn at your own pace!
No training programs convenient to your location?
Do you have work, family or other commitments?
Then this training is perfect for you!
To get the most from an online course, you should be self-motivated and disciplined. Along with reading, writing assignments and viewing online video courses,
you will be required to record yourself teaching – audio and video will be required. While it is not important to have a large group to teach to,
you should have access to one person who is willing to be your student.
Unlike other online courses, you will not just be sitting at home viewing videos.
You will have continuous interaction with Lyn via email and phone conferences.
An audio recording of Lyn’s class will also be included to encourage a home practice.
This will support the sequence you will be learning.
The training is broken down into 12 Modules.
After completion of each module and submission of all written, audio and video assignments a phone conference will be scheduled with Lyn.
By the end of the course, you will be able to lead a 90-minute power yoga class with confidence and integrity.
