PURCHASE & ONLINE RESERVATION POLICIES:

PURCHASE POLICIES

-All sales are final. All classes ( Yearly Pass, Monthly Pass, Class Pass, Drop-in, New Student Special) are non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be shared.
Refunds are not given for non-use.
-Gift Cards cannot be used towards current monthly auto-renew memberships or special pricing promotions.
-10 Class passes offer a discounted rate from the drop in price. In exchange for the discount, you agree to use the classes in the specified time. Expiration dates cannot be extended for business travel, vacations, personal events or studio closures because of weather or emergency situations.
-Schedule and teachers are subject to change –
refunds are not issued because of these changes.
-In the event of illness or injury, your monthly pass or class card can be put on hold for a minimum of 30 days. Email lyn@lynkehoepoweryoga.com – holds are activated at time of request and cannot be adjusted after an expiration.
-Refunds are not issued for workshops and other special events. Registration cannot be transferred to another client. An account credit will be issued if you cancel 48 hours prior to workshop or event – cancel online or via Mindbody Connect app. Please note: account credit is not issued for a visiting guest teacher.  If the studio cancels the event, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. Be sure to read policies posted for each event and workshop before registering.
-For Monthly Power Passes with Auto-Renew, please read the contract and Membership FAQs found on the pricing page before committing.

ONLINE RESERVATION POLICIES

You can sign up in advance online or by using the Mindbody Connect App.

Please be aware of the following policies when reserving a
place in class:
-Reservations cannot be taken via telephone, email or messaging.
Online reservation closes 30 minutes before class.
Unless a class is marked as ‘preregistration only’,
advance registration is not required. (Registration closes 60 minutes before class for preregistration classes.)
However, preregistration is recommended for the busier classes.
-You must still check in at the front desk when you arrive.
-Please be signed in 10 minutes before class or your space might be given to another client on standby. Doors lock 5 minutes after the start of class.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 60 minutes before class start time or your client account will be charged for that class – cancel online or through Mindbody Connect only. We do not offer refunds, but when canceled at least 60 minutes in advance the class will not be deducted from your pass. Drop in class purchases will still be available for use at a future date. No shows will be charged.  If you have an unlimited membership, on the third no show or late cancel you will be charged for a drop in.
