As power yoga has become more popular, many misconceptions have developed as to what it is and means. I teach traditional power yoga, in the way I believe was originally intended:
to gain a stronger, more flexible body as you develop a stronger, more flexible mind.
I have been teaching power yoga classes since 1997, and leading teacher trainings since 2008 – one of the first to bring this style of practice to the area!
My trainings and online continuing education courses have developed from almost 30 years of teaching and practicing experience.
