There at two types of class schedule options:
Weekly & 4-Week Class Series
WEEKLY CLASSES:
Our weekly classes are ongoing. Monthly auto-renew passes and class cards are available to purchase and can be used towards all classes on the weekly schedule. Or you can purchase a single class. Please note, preregistration is required for all classes. While these classes are weekly offerings, it is advised that you check the schedule each week for updates and changes.

4-WEEK CLASS SERIES:
Class series are specially class offerings and run for 4 weeks.
Preregistration is required for all 4-week series classes.
Missed classes cannot be rolled over into the next 4-week schedule.
However, all registrations include access to an on-demand platform of class recordings – you will never miss a class. Access is available throughout the length of the 4-week schedule (plus one week) – if you register for the following series your access will be uninterrupted.

Functional Flow Class Description: (All Levels)
The Functional Flow class series is a traditional power yoga flow style practice with mobility exercises and drills integrated into the sequence.
Mobility is the ability to move your body freely and with control. While mobility does aim to increase range of motion, it also requires control over muscles and movement. To achieve a healthy mobility one must have a combination of strength, stability (control over your movements) AND flexibility. Strength and flexibility, when at an imbalance, can limit your progress but also over time lead to injury.
This class is for ALL LEVELS! No yoga experience is needed. As always, options and modifications will be offered. Practice is done in a NON-HEATED room.
Peak Pose Power Class Description: (All Levels)
In this power vinyasa class series, we will progressively build towards a ‘peak pose’. Each class is a complete and well-rounded practice but with a focus towards a specific pose.
We will practice a safe, structured, and systematic flow that will support and lay the foundation for the chosen pose of the day. ‘Peak Pose’ does NOT mean advanced. The focus will be on how to build a foundation in your practice to support growth in a mindful and healthy manner. You will have the opportunity to experience different poses that might not normally be included in our regular power vinyasa classes.
As in all of our classes, different options and variations will be given throughout the class. Step by step instructions will be given in order to present an accessible pathway for all. You decide what the ‘peak’ point is for you.
This class is designed for all levels! Practice is done in a heated room.
